The ELASTOSPRAY® premium, spray-applied polyurethane foam roofing system provides sustainability, high-performance and low-maintenance at the lowest lifecycle cost.


The ELASTOSPRAY roofing system is suitable for both new construction and retrofit roofs. It can be applied directly to the existing substrate in 95 percent of retrofit cases, eliminating the cost of tear-off, reducing the amount of waste going to the landfill, and limiting interior exposure and downtime. Seamless and self-flashing, ELASTOSPRAY roofing eliminates thermal bridging and provides superior insulation properties with its industry-leading R- value.


When it reaches the end of its initial service life, the ELASTOSPRAY system can be re-coated and renewed for many more years of service. The reflective surface of the protective coating works with the insulation to reduce building energy consumption and urban heat island effect. ELASTOSPRAY roofing systems are only installed by BASF Team Q Approved Applicators, ensuring optimum installation. As a sustainable roofing system, ELASTOSPRAY technology was named one of the preferred supplier products for the Clinton Climate Initiative.
